How I got some Deep Relief!

One of my top 5 Fav roll-ons…

This is so needed right now!💧Not only do I have muscle tension at my shoulders and neck but I think that tension is also making me catch a little bit of a tension head ache😔

Deep relief is my main “go to” for support during these types of situations. Let me tell you how I usually use it… First I crack open the bottle and take a few deep breathes from the aroma. Then, I roll it on my tense muscles. For my head tension, I roll along the back of my ears and at my temples (staying away from the eyes 😉) and I even roll it at the crown of my head!

Some Benefits of the Deep Relief roller blend below…

🌱Acts as nervine and calmative, enhancing relaxation.
🌱As a carminative and antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort.
🌱Helps relieve colds and coughs.
🌱Cools fatigued muscles after physical activity.
🌱Provides a soothing and cooling sensation when applied to shoulders, neck, and scalp.
🌱Creates a soothing and cooling sensation for sports massages.
🌱Makes the perfect companion for joints after high-impact activity.

Please let me know in the comments what oils you use for muscle tension and head tension alike!
